[Editor's Note] Thanks to the accountants at Volvo North America and despite the pleas of many customers, their metal high mileage badges are being discontinued in favor of decals. You may be able to find a metal badge on EBay. If you are lucky enough to live in Europe, they are still available at this writing for EU customers.]

Just a easy and cheap way to nicely mount high mileage badges so that they are easily removable.

Parts you'll need. Mine uses 5 washers but I have been able to make them with 4. You will need 2 screws, 2 nuts, and a high mileage badge. The three washers in the bottom left corner are glued together.

The mount bracket/badge mounted to the grill. It is held in place by the nuts.

On the car. Looks decent and holds tight.
